Clarify the Product Experience
The kiosk-oriented interface created confusion for new users, so we simplified the experience to make navigation and interactions more intuitive.

Lack of clarity and transparency in the original design reduced user confidence, so we introduced clearer structure and visual consistency to strengthen trust.

With public-by-default content limiting meaningful interaction, we redesigned the experience to better support intentional sharing and community-driven participation.
Designing for Trust and Usability
We began with sketch exploration and creating low fidelity wireframes that went through an iterative refinement process which shaped a homepage that improves clarity, trust, and ease of use.
Building Transparancy with trust signals
To help visitors feel confident in the platform, we introduced clear disclosures, trust signals, and social proof through a dedicated disclaimer page, testimonials, and a trust bar that reinforces legitimacy.
Clear pricing plans & FAQ's
We designed a pricing plans page with clear comparisons and FAQs, allowing users to quickly understand their options and feel informed when choosing a subscription.
Encouraging Sharing through a Community-Driven Design
We enhanced the public photo gallery with clearer access points, new calls-to-action, and social proof, making it easier for users to share moments while strengthening community interaction and visibility.
What I learned
This project reinforced how important frequent and honest communication is for staying aligned as a team, and how incorporating feedback helps ensure the outcome remains unbiased and truly serves the user. It also showed me that strong storytelling and thoughtful presentation are what take a project from good to great.
